Susan and Jaime met virtually in 2020. At that time, Susan was providing virtual skin consultations and her focus was on teenagers. We launched a site – complete with a scheduler – and when Susan set up a physical location, her focus began to shift. I redesigned and relaunched her site. In the relaunch of her site, her domain was also changed.
